services

All counseling services are offered to individuals 18 years and older.

individual Counseling

Individual counseling sessions are 50-55 minutes in length and always begin with a weekly cadence. I find therapy is most effective when sessions are regularly scheduled and consistent. This helps build a strong and trusting connection between us, client and therapist, which is an important aspect of the relational nature of my work.
